Creepy Cave beneath the Stones
Through the ages, the stones have lain hidden. Like children dragged by an angry nanny, the stones were pulled along inside glaciers invading the frozen land. Thousands of years passed, and the earth warmed. As though repulsed, the glaciers drew back and left their rocky orphans squatting in forests. A thousand years more, and farmers clearing fields cursed those wicked rocks. Again the stones were dragged, this time by men, and piled onto jumbled walls that long outlived the farmers.
And yet, there were always more rocks, sealed in the soil of every garden, secret, hidden. Does anyone stop to wonder what lies hidden beneath the stones?
